Tellmerge takes a spreadsheet containing recipient data and attachment filenames, then resolves those filenames against a folder selected by the user. Its matching rules tolerate case differences and stray folder paths, while multiple files can be assigned to one row with semicolons. Before sending, the add-in displays each rendered message and attachment and offers a send-to-yourself check. The page states that spreadsheet parsing occurs inside the Outlook session rather than through an upload.
