Bidly, a radar for public tenders and grants
Bidly scans TED and Grants.gov, scores opportunities against a company profile, and surfaces tenders and grants worth investigating.
Field notes
Bidly’s workflow combines profile setup with automated opportunity triage: users specify keywords, geography, CPV codes, and contract-value limits, then receive scored notices and deadline alerts. The visible system currently names TED and Grants.gov as its sources and reports 472 indexed opportunities. It also provides a decision journal for recording why a notice was shortlisted or skipped, turning individual bid decisions into a searchable record of institutional knowledge.
