Canalith: a vertigo diary that shows you the weather
An iPhone and Apple Watch diary for logging vertigo episodes, recording weather conditions, and preparing clinician-readable reports.
Field notes
Canalith combines episode logging with contextual weather capture: each entry can include pressure in hPa, whether pressure is rising or falling, temperature, humidity, conditions, symptoms, medication notes, and optionally sleep data. Its diary organizes eight weeks of entries and compares attack frequencies with pressure patterns without presenting those correlations as diagnoses. Exercise sessions cover four named maneuvers and use timed holds, haptics, spoken cues, and an animated figure.
