The site describes a binary-network compiler that trains against a truth table from a fixed seed, lowers the result to canonical NAND/LATCH logic, and derives a transistor bill from the resulting netlist. NAND costs one transistor and LATCH four; tapeout burns that amount and records a netlist hash in the same transaction. The protocol also reconstructs machine listings from burn transactions rather than a typed database, while its economics include a 1% curve fee and a 0.0005 ETH launch fee.
