The demonstrated workflow keeps a specification citation attached to each estimate line rather than treating the source document as background material. In one example, 8,420 square feet of corridor walls is tied to Section 09 91 23 § 2.3.B on page 4, while a stair-metals note referencing an absent Section 09 96 00 becomes a pre-bid warning. The same sample then turns a task into English office instructions and a Spanish foreman-facing handoff.
