The pipeline starts with Type 2 organizations first enumerated in each weekly source file, requires a 332B-family DME taxonomy code, and rejects repeated practice phones across the four-week window. The displayed edition contains 404 clean signals from 772 raw DME-coded records across 39 states, including organization names, enumeration dates, locations, taxonomy codes, and NPPES registry links. Full phone numbers and other complete public fields are reserved for the paid Excel and CSV package.
