The planner bases its calculations on a large panel catalog that includes model names, pixel pitch, physical dimensions, and outdoor or curved variants. In the displayed example, a 16 × 9 BP2 V2 wall uses 144 panels plus eight spares, weighs 1,546 kg, draws 23 kW at maximum, and is estimated at 16 data runs and six metres of truck deck. Pack-out and count-in controls support the transition from design arithmetic to load-in checking.
