The service accepts a single self-contained HTML document, checks it for secrets and disallowed elements, and serves it from a cookie-free renderer with an opaque origin. The page says artifacts cannot call the network, submit forms, open windows, or navigate their parent page. Anonymous links remain unlisted and are removed after 30 days; signed-in accounts are described as offering 90-day links, stable versions, and collections.
