Meniscus describes a five-stage workflow for turning CSV, TSV, or XLSX plate-reader exports into assay reports. Users assign well roles, choose among six curve models, and inspect calculations such as replicate means, blank subtraction, calibration inversion, and dilution. The homepage’s example is a 96-well cytokine ELISA using a 4PL fit, with R² 0.9877 and EC50 201 ng/mL. It also reports 579 passing tests and lists Dixon’s Q and Grubbs’ outlier procedures.
