A visual tool for loading neural-network models, inspecting their 3-D structure, and making reversible edits to nodes and layers.

The tool treats a model as an editable theatre: nodes can be copied, transplanted, replaced, moved, or re-attached, while the surgery log and session replay preserve the sequence. Its supporting instruments include activation-guided runs over images, text, feature rows, or synthetic inputs, plus roofline-style deployment-cost comparisons. A separate Chimera Ward blends aligned tensors with lerp or slerp and records signed ancestry at export, while the whole session can be saved as an encrypted .fsx file.
