OrquePOS: el TPV que empieza en la sala
A local-first point-of-sale system for restaurants, covering table service, kitchen displays, accounts, payments, inventory, and cash operations.
Field notes
The proposed workflow begins with a persistent restaurant floor map rather than a dashboard: a staff member taps a table, authenticates with a four-digit PIN or NFC, and sends a structured order to the relevant kitchen station. The local encrypted edge is intended to keep maps, orders, KDS states, account division, and cash records moving during an outage, while a persistent queue resumes synchronization later. The page also describes recipe versioning for ingredient consumption and role-based permissions.
