The platform uses an event model rather than treating contract award as the endpoint: notices about changes, KPI assessments, payment compliance, penalties, completions, and terminations are attached to buyers, suppliers, and individual contracts. Its live coverage includes UK Find a Tender records matched to Companies House status and US federal procurement modifications, while China public-private partnership coverage remains in preparation. QinMetrics also says future dataset releases will be versioned and source-linked, with definitions and code accompanying its research.
