The current evidence base is a dated snapshot of 5,523 registered heritage-place records, sourced to Heritage Tasmania / the LIST. The page records collection and recheck dates, and explicitly separates official observations from interpretation. Readers are told to use the register as a heritage-constraint layer, treat mapped boundaries as indicative, and confirm current statutory status with the Tasmanian Heritage Council. Sales, listings, planning applications and hazard conclusions are not yet published, although the site describes those as planned additions.
