Fuego Index accepts a meal request with party size, date, and either a restaurant or delivery location, then exposes it to participating Patagonia restaurants for sealed offers. Its tracked categories include centolla, ostión, erizo de mar, and chorito, with a 14-day index that only publishes a day after two or more offers. The page says accepted discounts are frozen against the final bill and that ratings come only from diners who actually ate.
