Backsaw Finds the Revenue Buried in Service Reports
A revenue-recovery tool for commercial dock and overhead-door contractors that turns technician reports into repair opportunities and draft proposals.
Field notes
The public demonstration uses a synthetic tenant, Northeast Dock Services, to show the reconciliation process rather than presenting a generic dashboard. It reports 214 findings from 128 service reports, dividing them into four outcome buckets before price-book matching and proposal drafting. Example records include hydraulic leaks, damaged rolling-door slats, failing vehicle restraints, and torn dock seals, with some opportunities carrying values and others explicitly marked as requiring review or pricing.
