The visible workflow separates deterministic register filtering and financial extraction from a qualitative judgement pass. A sample search covers SIC 43220 within 45 miles of Sheffield, reducing 412 screened companies to nine shortlisted names. Individual reports combine filed-account figures with officer-history signals, including a sole director since 1998 and an unaddressed succession question. Figures are marked CONFIRMED, PDF-READ, or UNKNOWN rather than presented as uniformly verified.
