Mirai Engeki: Rehearsing the Organization's Future

The program constructs organization-specific “future chronologies” and asks participants to improvise meetings as people living within them, rather than follow a fixed script. Scenarios may extend from 2031 and 2036 to 2040, 2050, or 2088, with teams comparing possible and preferred futures. The stated delivery model includes two 60-minute preparation meetings, a four-hour session, survey-based evaluation, concrete deliverables, and a 30-day follow-up.
