Micords organizes both routine care and clinical history around individual cats, including feeding, water intake, weight, medication, blood-test values, and veterinary visits. Its stated charting function is intended to make gradual changes easier to see across reports whose reference ranges may differ between clinics. The project began with records for Lala, diagnosed with hyperthyroidism, and Lili, diagnosed with pancreatitis and stage-two chronic kidney disease. The homepage presents the core functions as free and usable directly from a phone.
