ピット受付票24 turns missed calls into repair intake forms
A Japanese web service for auto-repair and body shops that sends callers an SMS after an unanswered call, collecting vehicle details, symptoms, photos, and timing preferences.
Field notes
The workflow preserves ordinary phone handling when a call is answered, then intervenes only after an unanswered call by sending a shop-branded SMS. The intake page collects structured fields including vehicle year, symptoms, preferred timing, and photos, and routes the resulting ticket to LINE or email. The published commercial terms list a 39,800-yen initial fee and 9,800-yen monthly fee after a free first month, plus a separate telephone-service charge.
