RigScout uses a twenty-question narrowing process rather than a simple product filter: each response updates the number of remaining candidates, and the result includes an explanation of what influenced the match. The live catalog currently spans cameras, microphones, and monitors, with 185 products listed; cameras account for 139 of them. A creator-facing JSON example allows branding and affiliate tags but disables product pinning, keeping recommendation order outside the creator controls.
