ShallGuard Connects Requirements to Rust Code and Tests

ShallGuard places a written requirements document inside the development workflow and checks its links to implementation and tests through a repository-level shallguard.toml file. Its documented commands include a format check and a traceability gate, both designed to produce repeatable results without network access or a language model. The project currently offers a Rust implementation, installable with cargo install cargo-shallguard --locked, and publishes its specification, guides, source, and MIT licensing information.
