Aliinuka divides each commitment among three actions: the user writes a deadline-bound sentence, another person signs it, and that witness later confirms completion. The creator cannot edit the commitment or close it personally, while a missed deadline expires publicly. The page also describes visibility rules for anyone, connected users, or nobody, and gives example record measures such as a 12-commitment run and 37 signatures made for others.
