The proposed workflow separates transcript cleanup from timing and presentation: an LLM can correct names and phrases, WhisperX can assign timestamps to individual spoken words, and Resolve can use those timings for building or highlighting captions. The page says the full process can run locally on a Mac, while online proofreading accepts user-controlled Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google Gemini API keys. DaVinci Resolve Studio and macOS are listed requirements, with compatibility details still pending.
