Cellucent’s central distinction is temporal and causal: signalling can reorganise within seconds to minutes, while transcription responds later and downstream. The project therefore proposes predicting protein-modification state as its own model output rather than treating it as an annotation attached to sequence data. Its stated workflow includes perturbation proposals, analysis, and choosing the next measurement, but the underlying model and data engine remain unpublished.
