Clipa’s intervention is built around an unfinished sentence rather than a countdown: the user writes a reason, then reads it as it appears word by word before the app can be opened. The demonstration exposes the timing precisely—five seconds by default, with a one-to-ten-second range—and shows the buttons arriving only after the sentence finishes. The page also describes a night mode between 22:00 and 06:00 that lowers brightness and removes blue light. Availability remains unclear; visitors can request notification when it is out.
