The projects are organized around a concrete operational problem: terminal agents produce state that is difficult to inspect when several runs are active. ttyview sends a cell grid to avoid requiring a browser-side terminal emulator, while herdr-web provides a mobile web view and claude-code-manager handles tmux messages and completion detection.
