The interface accepts one PDF for page removal or rotation and several PDFs for merging, then produces a single downloadable file. It includes a local synthetic two-page example, six page-number positions, and controls for undoing, reordering, rotating, and removing pages. The page says output preserves page content rather than rasterizing it, while warning that bookmarks and interactive forms might not survive. PDF.js and @cantoo/pdf-lib are named as source components.
