The service uses a short, human-readable code such as FOX-LAMP to connect a clip across devices. The homepage says the browser remembers the clip and that new pastes arrive in the other device’s clipboard, covering text, links, codes, screenshots, and files. Clips expire after 24 hours from their last paste, or after seven days if requested. The same page explicitly cautions that anyone who knows the code can read the clip.
