Mouse It organizes six embryonic collections into lineage trees built from cells retaining at least eight edited DNA Tapes, with each collection independently reconstructed. The browser exposes tree depth, germ-layer and cell-type coloring, clade isolation, ancestry correlations, and FateVec restriction timing. Its timeline begins at roughly E4.0 because recording starts when doxycycline is administered, and the displayed collections contain between 4,371 and 16,345 cells.
