NourishPlanner: the meal plan that reports back
A practice tool for registered dietitians that sends weekly meal plans, collects one small daily check-in, and surfaces client adherence before the next session.
Field notes
The workflow starts with a client profile covering targets, allergies, cultural preferences, budget, cooking frequency, and meals the household will not eat. A saved week can be adjusted, with the grocery list rebuilt by aisle, then released manually or on a schedule. Clients report meals through four choices—planned, swapped, skipped, or eaten out—and the practitioner sees adherence by client, meal, and weekday.
