Pathways, a pinball restoration command center
A web-and-mobile workspace for organizing pinball restoration photos, parts, sourcing, budgets, and rebuild steps.
Field notes
Pathways organizes restoration evidence around a machine’s anatomy rather than a generic folder tree. Its example project, “The Shadow,” contains 387 files across areas such as Backbox, Playfield, Drop Targets, Mechanics, and Cabinet. The page describes a capture flow in which phone photos sync to the larger workspace, while timeline playback can reverse the teardown sequence for reassembly. Manual-based part identification is presented as conditional on an original machine manual being available.
