The tool separates each company's data and lets an administrator assign multiple roles to collaborators. Supplier records can be created using only a NIP, with registry information and VAT-account checks filled from public registers. Its construction-specific workflow also assigns invoice costs to a project, cost type, vehicle, or machine, while a threshold above PLN 20,000 net triggers another administrative review. KSeF connections use an application token or certificate, with invoices reportedly fetched every half hour.
