RadioBurn uses the phone-side usage source associated with Android Settings rather than attempting to reproduce a carrier’s billing system. Its timeline separates 3G, 4G, and 5G activity and is intended to expose app spikes, connection changes, and cycle totals. The site also sets a useful boundary: carrier rounding, billing windows, and different reset dates mean the displayed total may not equal the invoice. Optional syncing is mentioned, but the default claim is that data remains on the device.
