Why it surfaced

This is a tiny community project with unusually strong stage presence: a Saturday appearance at the Latino Farmers Market, a live “small census” of bubble makers versus bubble poppers, and a recipe offered free to anyone who wants to recreate the mix. “Bring your popping finger” is a better event instruction than most venues manage.
