RTSMS models transport-safety training as a rules-driven sequence rather than a collection of generic course pages. The training type determines whether a test appears and whether the result is an attendance or completion certificate; one safety-management course requires 80 points to pass. The homepage also distinguishes full-list exports from versions with personal data removed, and says certificates carry numbers that can be checked.
