UserLoud — A support widget with a coding agent behind it
A self-hosted voice-and-text feedback widget that gives coding agents customer reports, app context, and a path to reply.
Field notes
The product combines an in-app feedback widget with a Postgres-backed report history, agent instructions, and customer-reply guidance. Its worked example follows a slow iPhone page through report intake, Safari diagnosis, an authorized fix, verification, and a customer email; the page says checks run every three hours and can send Telegram updates. The advertised kit supports existing agents such as Codex, Claude Code, and Cursor, while the source and setup materials run on the buyer's stack.
