The agent builds a versioned map of where each supported tool stores skills, rules, MCP servers and settings, then performs an offline, deterministic analysis by default. The console receives report conclusions through an agent endpoint rather than receiving file contents; an example report covers 143 paths and records four artifacts with two findings. The page also describes optional deeper checks, including toxic chains and model-assisted instruction-file analysis performed on the developer machine.
