Cassandra Registry hashes a prediction together with the rule that will later decide it, then places the seal in an append-only sequence with an order number and date. The page says the sealed text remains unreadable even to its author, while revelation publishes the original text, nonce, and date. It also assigns a surprise value in bits, making an unlikely correct prediction more consequential than an obvious one. The site offers a free sealing step and a US$29 revelation step.
