Core Break, a Korean Cabinet of Tiny Web Experiments
A collection of short Korean web tools and games, including a constrained-budget preference game, an idiom guide, a color-palette reference, and a private focus timer.
Field notes
Core Break groups four short Korean experiments under one deliberately compact interface. Its budget game constrains choices to 300,000 won, with current boards for assembling a relationship or a company; its language guide follows each expression through meaning, origin, use, mismatch, neighboring expressions, and limits. The color reference supplies five-color scenes named for everyday objects and includes WCAG contrast calculations. Its focus timer uses 25-minute work and 5-minute rest periods, keeping the day’s completed pieces in the browser rather than sending them to a server.
