The interface combines a Finder-like file list with metadata more commonly associated with media software: tempo, duration, artwork, audio format, video dimensions, and playback controls appear alongside ordinary file attributes. Its workflow stages up to nine operations in a visible queue and offers undo, while the dashboard reports storage sources and free space. The page says duplicate detection compares file bytes, previews are limited to four at a time by default, and files remain on the Mac. FileInize targets macOS 14 on both Apple silicon and Intel.
