Flight Path is described as an operational layer for the work that happens inside a day center, separate from the organization’s HMIS reporting system. Its workflows cover attendance, shower queues, locker assignments, mail arrival and pickup, and follow-ups, with tablets able to open directly to a station such as the mailroom.
