Parsec uses a local proxy to serve several coding agents, with the homepage describing keep/cut decisions made by a learned curator. Its accounting model is unusually explicit: the local ledger compares the original request with the material actually sent, and the FAQ notes that Codex lacks a count_tokens endpoint, so those rows omit the measured-savings counterfactual. The site also describes fail-open behavior when its scoring service is unavailable.
