MCMITO follows a five-stage path from channel mapping and occlusion marking through correction, calibration, curve fitting, and export. Its interface exposes individual occlusion slopes, exclusions, confidence scores, standard errors, and R² quality tiers instead of presenting only a final number. The page describes examples built from four occlusion sets and offers both an Excel workbook and a formatted PDF report. It also links the workflow to published repeated-cuff NIRS methodology and a Zenodo DOI.
