mdloop keeps an agent’s Markdown under human review

mdloop accepts Markdown documents as versioned review artifacts rather than treating them as code diffs. Its documented loop runs from agent upload to human comments or sign-off, then back to the agent through MCP; comments remain tied to sentences and may become orphaned when edits invalidate the anchor. The local command, npx mdloop open ./my-project, uses embedded Postgres and requires Node.js 22 or later.
