Known contacts, existing lists, and threads the user has already joined are explicitly excluded. The page specifies two default tolls—$5 to remain in the thread and $100 for a 15-minute call—with Stripe Express handling the stated payout split; silent senders are labeled or filtered after 24 hours rather than reported as spam.
