Pixels Han, a Chinese pixel font with room to grow
A calligraphic Chinese pixel font project covering 10,000-plus characters, with type testing, multilingual specimens, and separate horizontal and vertical-writing files.
Field notes
The specimen uses a draggable viewing area and a type tester to let visitors inspect the font across traditional and simplified Chinese, pinyin, literary passages, and extended Latin text. The project describes a 10,000-plus-character set, dedicated horizontal- and vertical-writing files, and a 9pt monospace counterpart. Japanese and Korean are marked as in development, making the page both a working type specimen and a visible record of an expanding character inventory.
