The service uses catalogue matches to help identify photographed cards, but the collector must verify the printing and finish before the copy enters the collection. Its records include purchase cost, condition notes, and source-labelled price references from services such as Cardmarket and TCGplayer. Pokémon, Magic, Yu-Gi-Oh!, and Lorcana connect to named catalogues, while baseball and basketball cards are entered manually with fields for player, brand, year, parallel, and serial number.
