Routely models NEMT operations around both scheduling and unit economics. Its sample dashboard separates driver pay and burden from vehicle and fixed costs, then places a calculated margin beside revenue; one example shows 30 trips, 284 miles, and four vehicles. The page also describes immutable status-transition records containing GPS and odometer inputs, plus payer-policy inheritance from organisation defaults to payer and trip overrides.
