scorepractice.com Observed source
Editorial interest 84/100 Selection signal · not a rating of the site

A browser piano-practice tool that reads exported PDF scores, plays them back, and follows the music with a cursor.

Landing page captured for the 2026-09-06 issue.

Field notes

The tool analyzes digital notation exported as a PDF rather than relying on a scan or photograph, then maps the read symbols to playback and an on-score cursor. Practice controls include 50%, 75%, and 100% speed, treble or bass isolation, measure loops, chord and note labels, and MIDI-keyboard input. It also exports MIDI or audio, while its public examples come from the Mutopia Project.
