Slapp turns agent conversations into push-to-talk lines
A Mac-based interface for holding a channel, speaking, and sending transcribed words to an agent, Telegram thread, or terminal session.
Field notes
The interface models every channel as a line with its latest reply on the face. Holding the line records speech, while a local Whisper process transcribes it and a bridge routes it to destinations including Telegram, a terminal session, or a Raspberry Pi. The installation description names Python 3.9+, Git, aiohttp, faster-whisper, and OpenCV, and estimates roughly two minutes for dependencies, while noting that Whisper and OpenCV are substantial downloads.
